Bu politika, Color X mobil uygulaması ve colorx.com.tr web sitesinde kişisel verilerinizin nasıl işlendiğini; 6698 sayılı Kişisel Verilerin Korunması Kanunu (“KVKK”) ve Avrupa Genel Veri Koruma Tüzüğü (“GDPR”) kapsamında haklarınızı açıklar.

1. Veri Sorumlusu

2. İşlenen Veriler

Hesap: e-posta adresi, ad, profil fotoğrafı (e-posta veya Google ile giriş sırasında). Google ya da Apple ile girişte hesabınızdaki ad ve (Google'da) profil fotoğrafı topluluk profilinize aktarılır; adınız ve profil fotoğrafınız topluluk profilinizde herkese görünür. İkisini de Profil ekranından değiştirebilir ya da kaldırabilirsiniz.
Profil: kullanıcı adı, bağladığınız Instagram kullanıcı adı, kayıtlı kamera modelleri.
İçerik: paylaştığınız tarifler, yüklediğiniz fotoğraflar, yorumlar, beğendiğiniz ve kaydettiğiniz tarifler. Fotoğraflar yüklenmeden önce küçültülür ve EXIF verisi kaldırılır (konum bilgisi dâhil). EXIF yalnızca karenin bir Fujifilm makineden geldiğini doğrulamak için okunur; bundan yalnızca makine ve objektif modeli saklanır ve fotoğrafın künyesinde gösterilir. Ayrıca aynı fotoğrafın iki kez yüklenmesini önlemek ve tarif sahipliği anlaşmazlıklarında karar vermek için karenin çekim tarihi-saati ve dosya adı saklanır; bu bilgiler herkese açık değildir, yalnız yöneticiler görür.
Tarif tarama: bir tarif kartını kamerayla okuttuğunuzda metin tanıma tamamen cihazınızda çalışır (Android'de ML Kit, iOS'ta Apple Vision) ve kart görseli sunucuya gönderilmez. Yalnızca siz “Bize gönder” derseniz o taramanın tanınan satırları, okuma günlüğü ve kart görseli tanımayı geliştirmek üzere bize iletilir.
Kamera yedeği: kameranızın ayar dosyası (.dat) Bluetooth ya da USB kablosu üzerinden cihazınızda okunur ve yazılır; tarafımıza yüklenmez. Bluetooth yalnızca kameranızı bulmak ve ona bağlanmak için kullanılır; çevredeki cihazlar kaydedilmez ve bu bilgiden konum çıkarılmaz. Kameranız henüz desteklenmiyorsa yedeği bize iletmeyi seçebilirsiniz — dosya yalnızca sizin paylaşım menünüz üzerinden gönderilir.
Güvenlik ve moderasyon: gönderdiğiniz şikayetler (şikayet edilen içerik ve sebep), engellediğiniz kullanıcıların listesi, kötüye kullanımı önlemek için son gönderim zaman damgalarınız.
Bildirim: anlık bildirim gönderebilmek için cihazınızın bildirim jetonu (Firebase Cloud Messaging).
Kullanım ve tanılama: ekran görüntülemeleri ve özellik kullanım olayları (Firebase Analytics) ile çökme raporları (Firebase Crashlytics). Bunlar hizmeti iyileştirmek ve hataları gidermek için kullanılır.
Sayaçlar ve indirme kaydı: tariflerin indirme, beğeni ve kaydetme sayıları tarif başına toplam olarak tutulur ve girdiğiniz her cihazda aynı görünür. Beğendiğiniz ve kaydettiğiniz tarifler, listenizi geri getirebilmek için hesabınıza bağlıdır. Bir tarifi kameranıza yazdığınızda ayrıca hangi tarifi ne zaman indirdiğiniz kaydedilir; bu kaydı yalnızca Color X yöneticisi görür, diğer kullanıcılara gösterilmez ve hangi tarifi kimin indirdiği herkese açık sayaçlarda yer almaz.
Cihaz bütünlüğü: sahte/otomatik istemcileri engellemek için cihaz doğrulama jetonu (Firebase App Check — Android Play Integrity, iOS App Attest).

Kredi kartı / ödeme bilgisi toplanmaz. Konum verisi toplanmaz; fotoğraflarınızın konum etiketleri yükleme sırasında silinir. Verilerinizi reklam amacıyla kullanmaz ve satmayız.

3. İşleme Amaçları ve Hukuki Sebep

Hesabınızı oluşturmak ve oturumunuzu yönetmek (sözleşmenin ifası).
Tarif/fotoğraf paylaşımı, yorum ve beğeni gibi topluluk özelliklerini sunmak (açık rıza / sözleşme).
İçerik moderasyonu, şikayetlerin değerlendirilmesi, engelleme ve kötüye kullanımı (spam/otomatik gönderim) önlemek (meşru menfaat).
Anlık bildirim göndermek (açık rıza — cihaz ayarlarından kapatabilirsiniz).
Tarif kartı tanımasını geliştirmek için gönderdiğiniz tarama örneklerini incelemek (açık rıza — yalnız siz gönderirseniz).
Uygulamayı iyileştirmek, hataları ve çökmeleri gidermek (meşru menfaat).

4. Herkese Açık İçerik

Color X bir topluluk platformudur. Paylaştığınız tarifler, yüklediğiniz fotoğraflar, kullanıcı adınız, profiliniz ve (eklediyseniz) Instagram kullanıcı adınız diğer kullanıcılara açıktır.

Depo: bir tarifi yalnızca kendinize saklayabilirsiniz. Depodaki tarifler ve onların kareleri akışta, aramada ve profilinizi ziyaret eden diğer kullanıcılara gösterilmez; siz akışa göndermedikçe yayımlanmaz. Akışa gönderdiğiniz bir tarifi dilediğinizde depoya geri çekebilirsiniz. Depo içeriğinize sizden başka yalnızca Color X yöneticisi erişebilir; bu erişim kötüye kullanım denetimi içindir (bkz. 3. bölüm, meşru menfaat).

5. Instagram Bağlama

Instagram hesabınızı bağlamayı seçerseniz şifrenizi görmeyiz ve saklamayız; yalnızca herkese açık kullanıcı adınızı profilinizde göstermek için işleriz. Bağlantıyı dilediğiniz zaman kaldırabilirsiniz.

6. Aktarım ve Barındırma

Verileriniz hizmet sağlayıcımız Google Firebase (Authentication, Firestore, Storage) altyapısında işlenir ve barındırılır. Google sunucularını yurt dışında (ör. Avrupa/ABD) bulundurabilir; bu kapsamda veri yurt dışına aktarılabilir.

Web sitesi erişim kayıtları: colorx.com.tr'yi ziyaret ettiğinizde barındırma sağlayıcımız Google Firebase Hosting; IP adresi, tarayıcı ve cihaz bilgisi, açılan sayfa, yönlendiren adres ve zaman bilgisini içeren erişim kayıtları tutar. Bu kayıtları yalnızca güvenlik ve toplu ziyaret istatistiği için kullanırız; kişiye özel profil çıkarmayız. Kayıtlar 30 gün sonra otomatik olarak silinir.

Üçüncü taraf içerikler ve çerezler: Sitedeki bazı içerikler üçüncü taraf hizmetlerden yüklenir: topluluk fotoğrafları wsrv.nl görsel hizmeti üzerinden, yazı tipleri Google Fonts'tan, tarif ve topluluk verileri Google Firebase'den gelir; tanıtım videosu YouTube'un gelişmiş gizlilik modunda gömülüdür. Bu hizmetler içeriği iletebilmek için IP adresinizi görür. Web sitesinde çerez kullanmayız; tanıtım videosunu oynatırsanız YouTube kendi çerezlerini kullanabilir. Dil tercihiniz yalnızca tarayıcınızda saklanır.

7. Saklama ve Silme

Hesabınız silindiğinde hesap bilgileriniz, profiliniz ve içeriğiniz kalıcı olarak silinir. Toplulukta yayında olan tarifleriniz ve bu tariflerdeki fotoğraflarınız, kaydeden kullanıcılar kendi kopyalarını alabilsin diye 7 gün daha görünür kalır; 7. günün sonunda tarifler ve fotoğraflar kendiliğinden kalıcı olarak silinir. Bu sürenin sonunda kişisel veriniz tutulmaz. Kimliğinizle ilişkilendirilebilen teknik kayıtlar kendiliğinden silinir: çökme raporları (Firebase Crashlytics) en çok 90 gün, kullanım olayları (Firebase Analytics) en çok 14 ay saklanır.

Verileriniz hesabınız aktif olduğu sürece saklanır. Hesabınızı ve içeriğinizi Uygulama içinden Profil → Ayarlar → Hesabımı Sil ile silebilirsiniz. Ayrıntılar: Hesap ve veri silme.

8. Haklarınız (KVKK md. 11 / GDPR)

Kişisel verilerinize erişme, düzeltme, silme, işlenmesine itiraz etme ve taşınabilirlik haklarına sahipsiniz. Talepleriniz için: destek@colorx.com.tr.

Veri kopyası taleplerinizi yukarıdaki adrese iletebilirsiniz; verileriniz makine-okunur biçimde tarafınıza gönderilir. Ayrıca kameranızın C1–C7 ayar paketini uygulamada Kameram → Kamerayı Yedekle ile cihazınıza yedekleyebilir, dilediğinizde kameranıza geri yükleyebilirsiniz.

9. Çocuklar

Uygulama 13 yaşından küçük kullanıcılara yönelik değildir.

10. Değişiklikler

Bu politika güncellenebilir; önemli değişiklikler uygulama üzerinden duyurulur.

Privacy Policy

This policy explains how your personal data is processed in the Color X mobile app and the colorx.com.tr website, and your rights under Turkey's Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”) and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”).

1. Data Controller

Color X (“we”). Contact: destek@colorx.com.tr

2. Data We Process

Account: email address, name, profile photo (during email or Google sign-in). When you sign in with Google or Apple, the name on that account and (for Google) its profile photo are copied to your community profile; your name and profile photo are visible to everyone on your community profile. You can change or remove both on the Profile screen.
Profile: username, the Instagram handle you link, saved camera models.
Content: recipes you share, photos you upload, comments, and the recipes you like and save. Photos are downscaled before upload and their EXIF data is stripped (including location). EXIF is read only to confirm the frame came from a Fujifilm camera; of it we keep only the camera and lens model, shown in the photo's caption. We also keep the frame's capture date and time and file name to prevent the same photo from being uploaded twice and to settle recipe ownership disputes; this is not public and only administrators can see it.
Recipe scanning: when you scan a recipe card, text recognition runs entirely on your device (ML Kit on Android, Apple Vision on iOS) and the card image is not sent to a server. Only if you tap “Send to us” are that scan's recognized lines, reading log and card image sent to us, to improve recognition.
Camera backup: your camera's settings file (.dat) is read and written on your device over Bluetooth or a USB cable; it is not uploaded to us. Bluetooth is used only to find and connect to your camera; nearby devices are not recorded and no location is derived from it. If your camera is not yet supported you may choose to send us the backup — the file leaves only through your own share sheet.
Safety and moderation: reports you submit (the reported content and reason), the list of users you block, and timestamps of your recent submissions used to prevent abuse.
Notifications: your device's push token, so we can deliver notifications (Firebase Cloud Messaging).
Usage and diagnostics: screen views and feature-usage events (Firebase Analytics) and crash reports (Firebase Crashlytics), used to improve the service and fix errors.
Counters and download log: download, like and save counts are kept per recipe as totals, so they read the same on every device you sign in on. Which recipes you liked and saved is tied to your account so your lists can be restored. When you write a recipe to your camera we also record which recipe you downloaded and when; only the Color X administrator can see this log, it is never shown to other users, and the public counters do not reveal who downloaded what.
Device integrity: a device attestation token used to block fake or automated clients (Firebase App Check — Play Integrity on Android, App Attest on iOS).

Credit card / payment information is not collected. Location data is not collected; location tags in your photos are removed on upload. We do not use your data for advertising and do not sell it.

3. Purposes and Legal Basis

Creating your account and managing your session (performance of a contract).
Providing community features such as recipe/photo sharing, comments and likes (consent / contract).
Content moderation, handling reports, blocking, and preventing abuse such as spam or automated submissions (legitimate interest).
Sending push notifications (consent — you can turn these off in device settings).
Reviewing scan samples you send us to improve recipe-card recognition (consent — only if you send them).
Improving the app and fixing errors and crashes (legitimate interest).

4. Public Content

Color X is a community platform. The recipes you share, the photos you upload, your username, your profile and (if added) your Instagram handle are visible to other users.

Recipe storage: you can keep a recipe to yourself. Recipes in your storage and their frames are not shown to other users in the feed, in search, or on your profile, and are not published unless you send them to the feed. A recipe you have published can be pulled back into your storage at any time. Apart from you, only the Color X administrator can access your storage content, for abuse moderation (see section 3, legitimate interest).

5. Linking Instagram

If you choose to link your Instagram account, we never see or store your password; we only process your public handle to display it on your profile. You can remove the link at any time.

6. Transfer and Hosting

Your data is processed and hosted on our service provider Google Firebase (Authentication, Firestore, Storage). Google may keep its servers abroad (e.g., Europe/USA), so data may be transferred internationally.

Website access logs: When you visit colorx.com.tr, our hosting provider Google Firebase Hosting keeps access logs containing your IP address, browser and device information, the page opened, the referring address and the time. We use these logs only for security and aggregate visit statistics; we do not build individual profiles. The logs are deleted automatically after 30 days.

Third-party content and cookies: Some content on the site is loaded from third-party services: community photos come through the wsrv.nl image service, fonts from Google Fonts, and recipe and community data from Google Firebase; the promo video is embedded in YouTube's privacy-enhanced mode. These services see your IP address in order to deliver the content. We do not use cookies on the website; if you play the promo video, YouTube may use its own cookies. Your language preference is stored only in your browser.

7. Retention and Deletion

When you delete your account, your account details, profile and content are permanently deleted. Recipes you published in the community, and your photos on them, stay visible for 7 more days so people who saved them can keep a copy; at the end of day 7 the recipes and photos are permanently deleted automatically. After that, no personal data is kept. Technical records that can be linked to you expire on their own: crash reports (Firebase Crashlytics) are kept for at most 90 days and usage events (Firebase Analytics) for at most 14 months.

Your data is retained while your account is active. You can delete your account and content from within the app via Profile → Settings → Delete My Account. Details: Account and data deletion.

8. Your Rights (KVKK art. 11 / GDPR)

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, object to the processing of, and port your personal data. For requests: destek@colorx.com.tr.

For a copy of your data, contact the address above and we will send it to you in a machine-readable format. You can also back up your camera's C1–C7 settings pack to your device via My Camera → Back Up Camera in the app, and restore it to your camera at any time.

9. Children

The app is not intended for users under the age of 13.

10. Changes

This policy may be updated; significant changes are announced within the app.
